img_1530

Hi! Welcome to my blog series “What’s In Season.” I live in the United States, so I am sorry to say that this series is limited to the U.S. Even within the U.S., what is in season can vary regionally and I will try my best to give a general overview that applies to most of the country.

*Nutrition Tip* → As the summer berries start to wane out of season this month, consider some great September fruit as an alternative. For example, top your oats and toast with apples or plums.
